These terms apply when you use exclusivedesignlab.com (the "site") or buy a digital product from Exclusive Design Lab ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who you are buying from

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Creem. Creem is the merchant of record for all orders. Creem handles payment, billing, sales tax and VAT, and customer service inquiries about payments and refunds. Creem's buyer terms also apply to your purchase. We create the products and provide product support.

2. Our products

We sell digital files: printable PDFs and editable templates. No physical item is shipped. Colors can look different on screen and on paper depending on your monitor, printer, ink and paper, so small variations are normal and are not a defect.

Prices are shown in US dollars on each product page. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout by Creem.

3. Delivery

After payment you receive a download link on screen and by email. If you do not receive it within an hour, check your spam folder, then email support@exclusivedesignlab.com with your order ID.

4. Your license

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. You may:

  • Print as many copies as you need for your own family, party, event, home or classroom
  • Edit editable templates with your own details and share the finished invitation with your guests
  • Use the printables with the children or students you personally care for or teach

You may not:

  • Resell, share, give away or distribute the original files, or upload them anywhere others can download them
  • Sell printed copies or finished products made from our designs
  • Claim the designs as your own or remove any copyright notice

All designs, artwork and text remain the property of Exclusive Design Lab. For commercial or multi-location use, email us before you buy.

5. Refunds

Because digital files are delivered instantly, our refund policy explains when refunds are available. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

6. Using the site

The guides on this site are general information for parents, hosts and teachers. They are not medical, developmental or professional advice. Always supervise children during activities and use your own judgment about what is safe for your family, space and guests.

Do not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or copy large parts of our content for publication elsewhere.

7. Liability

We make our products and site with care, but provide them "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Exclusive Design Lab is based, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
