You set a start date and the planner lays out six consecutive weeks, each on its own tab, with a calendar tab that pulls every task into one view. Birthdays and holidays you enter once show up on the calendar. When the six weeks are up, set a new start date or start a fresh copy.
Habits come in three kinds: daily yes-or-no habits, weekly habits and measurable habits with a daily goal, such as glasses of water or pages read. You get the Excel file and a link to make your own copy in Google Sheets.
Enter the date your planner starts, the birthdays and holidays you want to see, the types of blocks in your schedule (work, family, exercise, whatever fits), your daily habits and your measurable habits with a daily goal for each.
Each day starts with one main task and a short list of priorities you can tick off, plus a list of people to call, text or email.
Block out each day hour by hour and give each block a type, so you can see at a glance how much of the week goes to work, family or yourself.
List tasks with a priority for each day, the weekly tasks that can happen any day, and the dates that fall due this week.
Tick daily habits for each day, tick weekly habits once, and enter the actual number for measurable habits against their daily goal.
Plan breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack for every day and keep the grocery list, with quantities, on the same page.
A short space each day, and one for the week, to note what went well.
Every main task and task from the six weeks on one calendar, filtered to done, not done or all, and by priority. You can print it for the fridge or your desk.
Buy through secure checkout and download your files straight away. The link is also emailed to you.
Pick your start date, add birthdays and holidays, name your schedule types and list the habits you want to track.
Fill in the week on its tab, tick things off as you go, and use the calendar tab to see everything at once.
