This policy explains what personal information Exclusive Design Lab ("we", "us") collects when you visit exclusivedesignlab.com or buy one of our digital products, and what we do with it. We keep the data we collect to a minimum.
Who is responsible for your data
Exclusive Design Lab operates this website. For any privacy question or request, email support@exclusivedesignlab.com.
Purchases are processed by Creem, which acts as our merchant of record and reseller. Creem collects and processes your payment and billing information as an independent controller under its own privacy policy, available on creem.io. We never see or store your full card details.
What we collect
When you buy
Creem shares with us the information needed to deliver your order and support you: your name, email address, country, the product you bought, the order amount and the order ID.
When you email us
If you contact us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you choose to attach.
When you browse
Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request, to keep the site secure and working. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future, we will update this policy.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, Google receives your IP address and browser information. Google's own privacy policy applies to that data.
How we use your information
- To deliver your download and resend it if you lose the link
- To answer your questions and handle refund requests
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them.
Legal bases (EEA and UK visitors)
We process your data to perform our contract with you (delivering your order and support), for our legitimate interests (site security and fraud prevention), and to comply with legal obligations (tax and accounting records).
Who we share it with
- Creem, to process payments, taxes, refunds and file delivery
- Our hosting and email providers, which store data on our behalf
- Authorities, only where the law requires it
Some of these providers may process data outside your country. Where this happens, they use recognized safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually up to seven years. Support emails are kept for up to two years after the conversation ends. Server logs are kept for a short period, typically no more than 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To make a request, email support@exclusivedesignlab.com. We will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Many of our printables are made for families, but this website and our checkout are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, payments are handled by Creem, and we limit who can access order information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
