Buy now for $3.50OneNote is free, syncs across your devices and lets you type, draw and handwrite on the same page. What it lacks is structure. This template adds it: a complete planner laid out in sections, with an index and side menu so you can jump from the year to a month, a week or a single day in a tap.
Beyond the calendar pages there are templates for the rest of life: goal planning, project management, personal finance, meal planning, self-care and wellness, and lifestyle. Because it is OneNote, you can add pages, paste photos, record audio and search everything you wrote.
You open the notebook once in OneNote on a Windows computer and save it to OneDrive, then use it on Windows, Mac, iPad or your phone through your free Microsoft account. A digital sticker pack is included for decorating pages.
Yearly, monthly, weekly and daily pages connected by links, so you can go from a month to any day in it and back again without scrolling.
A general index links to every part of the planner, and a side menu on each page takes you to the main sections in one tap.
Goal planners to break big goals into steps, plus project management templates for tasks and ideas.
Finance templates to plan a budget, track spending and follow your money goals, with their own index.
Weekly meal planner pages for planning what you eat and what to buy.
Pages for self-care and wellness routines and for everyday lifestyle planning.
A sticker pack you can insert on any page to decorate it or mark events.
Switch to a dark background, change page colors or move the section menu from the View tab in OneNote. Search finds anything you typed across the whole planner.

No. OneNote is free with a Microsoft account, which also gives you OneDrive storage to sync the notebook.
Yes, once the notebook is in your OneDrive. The notebook file opens directly only in OneNote for Windows, so the simplest route is to open it once on any Windows computer and save it to OneDrive; it then syncs to OneNote for Mac. Microsoft has retired its notebook importer, so a Mac-only setup takes longer, and our OneNote on Mac guide walks through it.
OneNote shows a security prompt on some links by default. The PDF guide shows how to turn it off so the planner links open straight away.
Yes. It is a normal OneNote notebook, so you can add pages, subpages and sections anywhere, paste images and type or write wherever you like.
Yes. On an iPad with Apple Pencil or a touchscreen Windows device, use OneNote drawing tools to handwrite on any page, then type on the same page when that is faster.
OneNote on a computer or tablet keeps working offline and syncs your changes through OneDrive the next time you connect.
